Epique Movement is a Nonprofit 501(c)3. Our mission is to provide an education, resources, and skills that will excel youth with developmental disorders and low income families to become who they are designed to be despite the challenges they . We accomplish this by creating programs that encourage youth, families and adults to reach their physical, mental, and emotional goals as well as uplift their spirits. Our goal is to provide a fun, knowledgeable, and safe experience to people who are trying to live a healthier lifestyle. Varies activities such as wellness, exercise, meditation, nutrition, education, and enrichment classes all coincide with one another to contribute to the growth of one's personal and family plan.
